Our Services

  • Listing Coordination

    Review or prepare the listing agreement. Ensure associated addenda is completed. Schedule pictures and or drone footage. Input information on the MLS. Upload all required documents to the broker for compliance.

    Fee: $150.

  • Contract to Close

    Review contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure all required addenda is completed. Send contract to the lender & Title company. Send intro email to the client and co-op agent. Submit contract and required addenda to the broker. Document management. Track important dates and deadlines outlined in the contract. Facilitate communication and keep everyone informed of progress. Schedule inspections. Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their transaction. Schedule FWT & coordinate closing. Upload settlement statement and agent docs to the broker

    Fee: $400

    $100 premium added if agent represents both buyer and seller

  • Document Preparation

    Document preparation outside of the required documents from listing coordination or contract to close.

    Fee: $50
